Fresh bunches of Big-Leaf Basil for those of you who don’t need a huge quantity. From Ocean Air Farm (Ft. Dick, CA), grown using organic practices.
Basil does not like to be refrigerated, but you can treat it like a bunch of flowers, and store it on the counter in a jar of water (if it starts to wilt, just spritz it and then put a plastic bag over it to retain the moisture).
