High Prairie Farm (Brookings) is growing a Japanese slicing cucumber known as “Dragon Suhyo Cross” (this is farmer Shani’s favorite cuc!).
This long cucumber grows up to 13 inches long and is “slender, delicious and tender, with dark green skin that’s ribbed and slightly spiny but remarkably delicate.” Sold by the each, and grown using organic practices.
