Standard white cauliflower, locally grown by Lehne Farms LLC (Roseburg) using organic practices.
Depending on what the farm is harvesting on a given week, you’ll either get a 1.7 lb. bag of florets or a single 1.5 lb. head. To store: rinse, pat dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels. Use within a few days.
