Just imagine, if you will, these stunning bright purple cauliflower florets on a crudite plate – maybe next to some standard white florets and the fractile shapes of neon green Romanesco!
Harvested within a day or two of delivery, and grown using organic practices. To store: rinse, pat dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer wrapped in paper towels.
