Colorful and crunchy, this healthy mix of orange and purple carrots is a fun change of pace! Grown by Norm Lehne Garden & Orchards in Roseburg, using organic practices. Freshly dug and sold by the pound. Great for cooking and juicing, but not as sweet as raw summer carrots… 🙂
Store them in the fridge in a covered container of cold water. (Storing the carrots in the fridge in water will keep them crisp for a long time.)
