These are beautiful blue-green crowns, weighing in at about 1.5 lbs. each – super fresh and super tasty! Locally grown by Ocean Air Farm (Ft. Dick, CA) and Lehne Farms LLC (Roseburg), and coming to you from one farm or the other, as specified above. Grown using organic practices. To store: rinse, pat dry, and store in the bottom crisper drawer in a produce bag. Use within 3-4 days.
