Description
Locally grown by Norm Lehne Garden & Orchards (Roseburg), this bag of mixed Asian greens can be used in stir-fries and soups but can also be prepared in novel ways, such as in a spicy salad mix (also known as a “Mesclun” salad mix).
With flavors ranging from mildly pungent to sweet, Asian greens such as komatsuna, mizuna, tatsoi, hon tsai tai, and choi sum make up this bag of mixed greens. Keep in the refrigerator crisper and use within the week.
