Sweet, dried blackberries and a hint of bergamot oil are mixed into silky 65% dark chocolate from Belize. The blend of bergamot and berries creates a perfect balance of citrus and floral notes, complimenting the richness of the chocolate.
Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate (Eureka, California) uses the finest cacao and traditional European techniques to carefully handcraft all of their chocolate from the bean in their small factory in Northern California.
Ingredients: Chocolate (Cacao*, Cane Sugar*), Freeze Dried Blackberries*, Bergamot Oil (*organic)
Cacao solids 65% minimum. Processed in a facility that also uses milk, tree nuts, wheat & peanuts.
