Lehne Farms LLC (Roseburg), has developed and been certified to make and sell soups, utilizing the vegetables that they grow on their family farm just outside of Roseburg, and OtterBee’s is thrilled to have such a unique local food product to offer our customers!
According to farmer, Glen Lehne, this endeavor started in 2023. They plan on making a number of varieties, including Pumpkin, Roasted Cauliflower, Potato Leek, and Hearty Vegetable, all of which OtterBee’s hopes to eventually carry. These soups are all Gluten Free, Dairy free, and Vegan, and will be sold in One-Quart containers. These soups are processed on Wednesdays, and need to be used or frozen within one week of the proccessing date (which is noted on the container).
INGREDIENTS: Vegetable Stock (water, celery, carrots, onion), Potato, Celery, Leek, Unsweetened Coconut Milk (coconut water, guar gum), Garden Girl Herb Mix (Oregano, Sage, Thyme, Summer Savory, Rosemary, Marjoram, Basil, Cayenne), Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper. Net 32 fl. oz. (1 qt) 946 ml. Keep refrigerated. Contains allergens: Coconut.
