Roasted Carrot & Red Pepper Soup – Vegan, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, made from veggies grown in the Umpqua Valley, made fresh every Wednesday!
Umpqua Valley farmer, Norm Lehne Garden & Orchards (Roseburg), has developed and been certified to make and sell soups, utilizing the vegetables that they grow on their family farm just outside of Roseburg, and OtterBee’s is thrilled to have such a unique local food product to offer our customers!
According to farmer, Glen Lehne, this is a new endeavor in 2023 for the farm. They plan on making a number of varieties, including Roasted Carrot & Red Pepper, Pumpkin, Roasted Cauliflower, Potato Leek, and Hearty Vegetable, all of which OtterBee’s hopes to eventually carry. These soups are all Gluten Free, Dairy free, and Vegan, and will be sold in One-Quart containers. These soups are processed on Wednesdays, and need to be used or frozen within one week of the proccessing date (which is noted on the container).
INGREDIENTS: Vegetable Stock (water, celery, carrots, onion), Carrot, Celeriac, Potato, Red Pepper (bell and/or anaheim), Celery, Unsweetened Coconut Milk (coconut, water, guar gum), Garden Girl Herb Mix (Oregano, Sage, Thyme, Summer Savory, Rosemary, Marjoram, Basil), Olive Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper. Net 32 fl. oz. (1 qt) 946 ml. Keep refrigerated. Contains allergens: Coconut.
