Made with Oat Hill organic beef and flavored with brown sugar, maple syrup and spices, this combination of flavors is sure to please your taste buds!
The beef is, of course, Oat Hill Organic Beef – certified organic by CCOF, grass fed AND grass finished, and locally raised in Smith River, CA with no antibiotics and no added hormones. It’s smoked by Taylor Sausage in their Cave Junction processing plant (a conventional meat processing facility). We can’t call this beef jerky “organic”; however, rest assured it IS made with 100% certified organic beef.
Ingredients: certified organic beef, brown sugar, sea salt, contains 2% or less of the following: fermented soy sauce powder (soybeans, maltodextrin, salt), dried maple syrup (dextrose, natural maple flavor), cultured celery powder, spices, garlic, onion. Refrigerate after opening.
Note: produced in a facility that also uses milk, eggs, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans.
