Bread: Dakota Whole Wheat

Description

This is First Rise Bakery Co.’s own version of whole wheat bread, created using both whole wheat flour AND buckwheat flour! A favorite with bakery customers, and always made from scratch of mostly local ingredients. Remember: there are no preservatives in artisanal bread, so use within 4-5 days or refrigerate or freeze it.
